I enjoy Hisoka very much. Lol. I didn't watch all of Naruto. I can tell you the LGBT+ community wants representation of more positive same-sex-attraction in media. Sure. But I think I like how Hisoka is flirtatious and confident, in a way that reads as sexy in a playful way. I also like how badass he is. A lot of antagonists have some kind of subtly erotic tension between themselves and the protagonist. I guess I don't mind that as subtext too much. It can get creepy when it's an adult and a child though like that is a problem with Hisoka, I understand why certain moments with him might feel awkward. But it's probably also intentional. He's a bad guy, making the viewer uncomfortable is part of what makes them the bad guy.
