People are Passing Out at 'Terrifier 2' — So Yeah, We Guess We Could Say It's a Scary Movie

Theaters are allegedly giving away vomit bags at screenings.

Look, scary movies aren't for everyone. But for some people there isn't a limit to how much gore and carnage they can take. So if you're looking for a horror movie that fits the bill this year we'd have to suggest Terrifier 2. A movie so scary, it's causing people to pass out in theaters.

If you don't believe us when we say this movie is *ahem* terrifying, take a look at the tweet that one user shared after a screening. It was intense to say the least.

"My friend passed out and the theater called an ambulance. Highly recommended," he joked.

Another Twitter user (@realTJBarker) had a similar experience.

As the Twitter user recalled, "The guy behind me passed out cold n crashed into my chair, another guy left because he didn’t feel good." He wrote that he later heard that man in the bathroom vomiting loudly.

Of course, depending on your taste these accounts are either major pros or cons in watching the movie's favor. But people in the comments section of Twitter were totally split. "Now I gotta see it," wrote @BankEdwin. "Welp... thats the only review I need to see," @JohnnyLobes joked. "Okay now I'm definitely want to see it," @Bear95Sher added.

Although one commenter seemed thoroughly spooked. "Dude , I heard on the news this morning that this is so gruesome and bloody gory that some theaters are offering barf bags and that some have fainted and passed out inside the actual theater this I won't be seeing , I'm gonna see Halloween Ends instead. That I know I can see," @FishingKrdp wrote.

All this intense press hasn't stopped people from heading to the theater. In fact, according to the horror website Bloody Disgusting, the film saw its box office performance rise by 84%. Meaning that many people aren't letting a little thing like the fear of passing out stop them from getting spooked.
