"Julia Roberts reveals the late Martin Luther King family paid the hospital bill for her birth," the video's onscreen caption states. Okay, we're gonna need to hear the backstory on this one.

According to Roberts, her parents owned a theater school in Atlanta, Georgia, "called the Actors and Writers Workshop," she explained.

"One day, Coretta Scott King called my mother and asked if her kids could be part of the school because they were having a hard time finding a place that would accept her kids," she continued. "And my mom was like sure come on over. And so they all just became friends and they helped us out of a jam," she added.

You could say that again! That is one of the best birth stories we've ever heard. "Such a heartwarming story between the two families," the caption reads.

The footage has since been watched over 8 million times and people were just as touched. "I freaking LOVE Julia Roberts, always have. And the fact that she's never been the one to disclose it, says a lot about her," @theothermeekmill wrote. "Makes you realize history isn't as far in the past as it feels," @nosloart pointed out. "Roberts family helped the king family and the King family helped the Roberts family. Do you all understand we should be helping each other?" @chrzzybae asked.

Yep, we could definitely use a good reminder of kindness right about now.
