Cast Away is probably my favorite Tom Hanks movie of all time along with your #2 pick, Into the Wild---Sean Penn did a mesmerizing job of adapting this Jon Krakauer novel to the big screen and Emile Hirsch played Christopher McCandless to perfection. Great post, man.
