On August 5, 1987, Matthew Broderick and Jennifer Grey were on holiday together in Ireland. At the time, the two lovers were both in-between filming movies, and were enjoying some downtime together.

Tragically, Broderick's vehicle, a BMW 316 he had rented, collided with the car of Anna Gallagher and Margaret Doherty, who were mother-and-daughter.

Broderick suffered fractured ribs and a broken leg. Grey suffered minor injuries. 28-year-old Anna and her 63- year-old mother both died as a result of the accident.

Broderick was never charged with more than careless driving and was issued a $175.00 fine. The accident appeared to be the result of him driving on the wrong side of the road, probably out of American habit.

In 1978, Sid Vicious was charged by the NYPD for the slaying of his girlfriend Nancy Spungen.

Vicious had been unconscious in their hotel room, awoke, and discovered the body of 20 year-old Spungen. When he discovered the body he called the front-desk, stating that, "Something had happened to his girlfriend". That same day the police charged him in her murder.

A little over three months later Vicious died from a heroin overdose. His mother had discovered his body.

Rebecca Gayheart

Rebecca Gayheart was a prolific actor in her time. She was in Urban Legends, Scream 2, 90210, and modeled for Noxzema.

In June of 2001, Gayheart ran over 9-year-old Jorge Cruz Jr. as he crossed the street after school. Other cars had stopped for the boy as he crossed the street. Instead of braking Gayheart veered into the left turn lane to get around the stopped vehicles. That was when she hit and killed the child.

Subsequently, she was charged with manslaughter and was sentenced to 3 years probation, 750 hours of community service, and to make a public service announcement.

Oscar Pistorious competed in the Olympics and Paralympics. He had a rough start in life, as his legs were both amputated beneath the knee when he was 11 months-old.

On Valentines day of 2013 he fatally shot his model girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. He claims he mistook her for an intruder hiding in the bathroom, but despite his claims he has been found guilty of her death twice.

During the February of 2015 Bruce Jenner rear-ended the Lexus of Kimberly Howe as she drove on Pacific Coast Highway in California. When she was rear-ended by Jenner's vehicle her car was propelled into oncoming traffic. It was then struck head-on by a Hummer H2 which resulted in her untimely death.

Kimberly Howe's step-children have since gone on to file a lawsuit against Jenner. Nobody has been charged with a crime as a result of the fatal crash.

Mark Wahlberg
Mark Wahlberg

In June of 1986, Mark Wahlberg and his friends assaulted a group of black school children by throwing rocks at them and screaming racially charged threats.

The first incident occurred when Wahlberg and his friends spotted the Coleman siblings walking home from school. They followed the three siblings on their bikes and yelled threats at them, such as, "Kill the n*****s". The Coleman's sought refuge at a nearby Burger King, at which point Wahlberg and his buddies turned away.

As luck would have it, the very next day Wahlberg and his friends encountered one of the Coleman siblings while he was on a field-trip with his class. Wahlberg and his friends once again begun throwing rocks while yelling racially charged statements at the group. Two of Coleman's female classmates were hit by the rocks. It was only after a nearby ambulance was summoned by the teacher that the boys dispersed.

Only a few months following the incident Wahlberg viciously beat up two Vietnamese men. The attacks were entirely unprovoked. Wahlberg was convicted of two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, marijuana possession and criminal contempt for violating the prior civil rights injunction from the Coleman case. He was given a three-month prison sentence but only served 45 days of it.

Jared Fogle
Jared Fogle

We all remember Jared Fogle as a modest guy who lost weight by eating Subway sandwiches. That's what made it all the more surprising when his dark secret was revealed; he was a sexual deviant who watched child-pornography and paid underage children for sex.

When Fogle's house was raided over 600 images of child porn were discovered. He was charged with his crimes and sentenced to serve a little over fifteen-years in a minimum security prison.

Most incredible of all was when the defenses psychiatrist John Bradford took the stand and indicated that Fogle's diet had played a role in his perversions.

Recently, headlines were made when Fogle was attacked in the prison yard by fellow-inmate Steven Nigg. He was punched numerous times by Nigg who then went on to say he had attacked Fogle because he received preferential treatment and he deems it unfair.
