Elise Wims

Elise was the main antagonist of Season 9 and 17 of Hell's Kitchen. Though one of the best chefs in both seasons, she was like a pit bull who constantly attacked her own teammates. She would weasel out of punishments, feud with teammates, throw teammates under the bus and create a toxic atmosphere for the team. She was a cancer in any team she was in.

In Season 9, she feuded with Carrie and Jennifer. In season 17, she feuded with Michelle and Robyn. Many people speculate that the producers kept Elise around in Season 9 for the added drama and that she was brought back in Season 17 for the more of the same.

Despite her diminutive stature, Elise is one of the most fit contestants to ever compete. She is a professional bodybuilder and has won multiple awards for Novice Figure.

She is currently collaborating with Bravo for their show Après Ski. It is a reality show where the contestants work for a luxurious concierge company located in Whistler, British Columbia. Their job is to give people the time of their life. This is Disneyland for grown-ups.

Mia Castro

Mia Castro is part of the rookie team in Season 18. Despite her being new to the show, she was extremely confident and was not starstruck by the veteran contestants who have more experience in Hell's Kitchen.

In challenges, Mia is extremely strong and has taken Trevor to school multiple times as he has yet to defeat her despite their gap in age and experience. However, in actual service, Mia has struggled immensely under the pressure.

Mia is very notable because of her youth and her beauty. During the reward segments, she is not afraid to flaunt her assets in her bathing suits.

Mia was talked about by Jose and Chris. Chris even commented on Mia's posterior. Mia then caught the two and embarrassed them.

Mia is younger than most of the show's participants but she is no stranger to cooking contests. She was the runner-up to Season 13 of the Food Network's show "Chopped."

Kimberly-Ann Ryan

Kimberly-Ann Ryan was the winner of Season 16 of Hell's Kitchen. Though she always possessed the requisite skills in the kitchen and was very consistent during challenges, she did not possess the leadership skills necessary to lead a brigade of chefs. Through the several weeks of being on the show, Ryan developed her leadership skills with some mentoring from Gordon Ramsay.

Ryan is a graduate of the Baker College Culinary Institute of Michigan. Before Hell's Kitchen, she was an events chef in the Traverse City area.

Ryan was a single mom and has a daughter. Her daughter means everything to Ryan. She was trying to win the contest so she can provide a better life for her. Seeing her mom and daughter in the thirteenth episode provided Ryan with the necessary boost to win a black jacket and eventually win it all.

It was an intense battle between her and Heather in the final round. But in the end, Ryan prevailed.

Gordon eloquently encapsulated Ryan's journey in Hell's Kitchen "Early on, I challenged Ryan to find her voice. Once she proved to me she could command a kitchen, there was no stopping her. She has the tenacity, drive and skill that will make her a great head chef at Yardbird Southern Table and Bar at the Venetian Las Vegas.”

Ashley Nickell

Ashley had a distinct advantage when entering the halls of Hell's Kitchen as her dads, Eddie Nickell and Nicholas Olivieri, owned a chain of restaurants under the banner of the FMI Restaurant Group.

Though Hell's Kitchen is a competition, friendships are still formed. Ashley became good friends with Jared but they had a falling out when Jared chose Kristen for the rewards instead of her.

All is forgiven, however, when Jared and Ashley met again in Season 17. Ashley jumped into Jared's arms the moment he entered Hell's Kitchen.

Ashley finished third in the competition and after the contest was over, she opened Restaurant Ash in Orlando. The restaurant lasted a year but shuttered its doors afterwards.

Ashley came back in Season 17 but left relatively early. While she was one of the best chefs in her first go around, she left in the third episode. She looked lost in service and was completely disengaged.

Gordon Ramsay comment this on Ashley's departure "Ashley spent more time staring at her watch than paying attention to her station. And so, her time here on Hell's Kitchen is done."

Ashley is currently working for her dads and is engaged to Arlene Gucciardo.

Christina Wilson

Christina Wilson was a native of New Jersey who moved to Philadelphia to pursue a teaching career. In order to pay her way through college, she worked at local restaurants. This started her journey to the culinary world. Christina then took an apprentice position at Gypsy Saloon, located in West Conshohocken. Christina moved her way up and was soon the kitchen manager of both Gypsy and its sister restaurant, Stella Blu. She did this in under a year.

Seeking a new challenge, she took her talents to the hallowed halls of Hell's Kitchen. It was a tough journey, even for the experienced Christina. Despite the challenges and obstacles, she emerged as the winner of Season 10 of Hell's Kitchen. She edged out fellow competitor Justin Antiorio to bag the ultimate prize - a head chef position at Gordon Ramsay Steak at the Paris Las Vegas.

Ramsay was spot on in his assessment of Christina. "Christina's passion and talent are undeniable. She's a strong leader who is totally at home in the kitchen. I know I'm not rolling the dice with her in Vegas because she is the real deal."

Throughout the contest, Christina was rock solid and did not involve herself with the drama that is usually associated with the girl's team. The girls of Hell's Kitchen are pretty to look at. That is until the claws come out.

Christina was business from day one and her leadership, attitude and focus proved to be the deciding factor in her quest to win it all.

Christina earned Gordon Ramsay's trust and has been one of the recurring characters in Hell's Kitchen. She appeared as a guest during the 200th dinner service. She was the Sous Chef in season 15, 17 and 18. She was a judge in one of the challenges in Season 16.

Christina is also a part of Gordon's crew in his show "Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours to Hell and Back." She is the chef on his vehicle "Hell on Wheels."

Christina's house was featured in My Houzz TV. Gordon rewarded Christina by refurbishing her house and turning an ordinary living space into a spectacular property which even has an indoor herb garden.

Chef Christina is actually a lesbian and is currently with her partner Sara Kelly.
