Danganronpa is about a group of students who are trapped in a school and forced to participate in a deathmatch. A remote-controlled teddy bear named Monokuma explains to the students that that only way they can escape Hope’s Peak Academy is to murder a fellow student and avoid being identified as the culprit.

This survival game has fairly straightforward rules. After a murder occurs, the students have a trial to find the killer. If the students fail to correctly identify the killer, the killer "graduates" and gets to leave. All of the other students are then executed. If the killer is correctly identified, then they are executed while the other students continue the game.

So, if you’re looking for an anime series that is full of despair, assassins, cruel twists, and strange school settings, you'll find some listed here. All you have to do now is choose. Here are some anime like Danganronpa that you should binge-watch.
