Louisa Moore

Louisa, the chief critic and writer for Screen Zealots, has had a love of cinema that started when she saw "Star Wars" at age 4 and has continued throughout her life. As the Founder and President of the Online Association of Female Film Critics (OAFFC) and member of the Board of Directors for Critics Groups for Equality in Media (CGEM), Louisa has focused her professional life not only on sharing her love of movies through criticism but also has worked to foster inclusion and diversity among film writers and journalists, especially those who work exclusively in the new media field.

A champion of independent film, you can connect with Louisa at most film festivals, including Sundance, SXSW, TIFF, and Fantastic Fest.

In addition to being a Tomatometer-approved critic for Rotten Tomatoes and a reviewer for CherryPicks, Louisa is a member of the Society of Professional Journalists, the Critics Choice Association, the Las Vegas Film Critics Society, the Internet Film Critics Society (IFCS), and the Online Film & Television Association.
